The ASK Initiative
Kopex International introduces a new,
free service to all its customers in the UK market - Just ASK
What is ASK?
ASK which stands for Application Service from Kopex - has been introduced as a means to support
customers with free applications advice. By reviewing customer applications and practices we can
assess if there is benefit in suggesting the latest cost saving new products.
From our
experiences, we know that many applications are designed without knowledge of the latest flexible
conduit systems that can offer considerable cost savings in installation time and - in some cases
- increased performance.
Why are we doing this? With an ever increasing breadth of
product range, and a number of new specialist conduit fittings now available, many customers are
not taking full advantage of the potential cost saving benefits that these products offer.
Ultimately, we believe we can help reduce installation costs and improve system integrity for
customers.
Who will make this work? ASK will be operated by a team of key account
managers with a wealth of experience in the electrical industry over a variety of industries that
range from rail and construction to security and machine building, as well as contracting.
How will this work? Key account managers will arrange no-obligation appointments with
interested parties - intially to determine the nature of the application. They will then be able to
offer free advice on the best conduit solution for a given application, whether it is a low cost
economy conduit or a specialist conduit system. Each manager also has a comprehensive range of
samples from which they can demonstrate many of the advantages that are possible.
Who
will benefit? We believe that our customers will greatly benefit from this free advice if
our key account managers can suggest cost saving & performance-enhancing solutions to their conduit
system applications.
What do i do now? To book your appointment to recieve the
ASK service, call Kopex on 01753 502 500 and will arrange for your local key account manager to
contact you. ASK is a no obligation service, so you have nothing to lose.
